Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
Support partners to prepare proposals for projects of education and social welfare;
Being technical point person in terms of the area of education and social welfare;
Manage key steps of project management cycles, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and documentation of the projects;
Work with relevant stakeholders at different levels both internally and externally to build working relationship;
Promote the community/partner ownership through the implementation of project activities with community/partner engagement to ensure project sustainability;
Conduct and facilitate training, workshops, etc. in project areas for community and local organizations as planned;
Regular report to the PD about progress, effectiveness of the projects as well as difficulties and challenges for timely support;
Ensure the effectiveness and transparency of the funding transferred to partners for project implementation;
Documentation project outcomes for sharing internally and externally for lesson learnt, replication and advocacy purposes;
Propose new ideas for project development;
Participate in evaluation of result and outcome of the project;
Cooperate in R&D for project development in the area of education and social welfare;
Other tasks as requested by line manager.

Requirements
Education & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably social works, community development, development studies, or a related field);
At least 3 years of work experience, preferable in (I)NGO or NPO working context;
Have solid knowledge skills of project management;
Experience in project implementation, community mobilization and participatory approach, including networking/coordination among different local partners.
Experience in capacity building for local stakeholders/partners.
Good interpersonal and communications skills in Vietnamese and English
Highly self-motivated and able to work autonomously, take initiative and make decisions
