Position Overview

  • ASIF Foundation is open for creative and talented third-year students to join our team as a Graphic Design Intern. This position offers a good opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in graphic design within the context of an international non-governmental organization (INGO). The Graphic Design Intern will work closely with our marketing and communications team to create visually compelling materials that effectively communicate our mission and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the creation of graphic content for various platforms including social media, website, presentations, and print materials.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual concepts and design solutions that align with ASIF Foundation’s branding guidelines and objectives.

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for visual communication strategies.

  • Support the production process by preparing files for print and digital distribution, ensuring high-quality results.

  • Stay updated on design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve skills and enhance design outputs.



  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field.

  • Familiar with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other graphic design software.

  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to take constructive feedback.

  • Proactive attitude, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Portfolio showcasing creative design work and proficiency in relevant software.
