Job Overview


The Partnership Coordinator supports the development, coordination, and implementation of ASIF’s partnerships with corporate partners, donors, NPO/ NGOs, and strategic stakeholders. The role contributes to strengthening engagement, supporting fundraising initiatives, and ensuring partnership activities are delivered effectively in alignment with ASIF’s mission and international NGO standards.

  • Strong and well-maintained relationships with partners and stakeholders.

  • Effective coordination of partnership activities and agreed deliverables.

  • Timely support for fundraising and engagement initiatives.

  • Accurate partnership tracking, documentation, and reporting.


Key Accountabilities


1. Partnership Development & Coordination


  • Support the identification and mapping of potential partners and stakeholders.

  • Coordinate outreach, follow-ups, and communication with partners.

  • Maintain and update partnership databases and records.


2. Fundraising & Partnership Support


  • Assist in preparing partnership proposals, concept notes, pitch decks, and donor materials.

  • Support engagement activities aligned with fundraising and partnership goals.

  • Coordinate partner-related communication and follow-ups.


3. Partnership Implementation


  • Coordinate implementation of partnership activities, including events, campaigns, and visibility commitments.

  • Liaise with internal teams (Programs, Communications, Operations) to ensure timely delivery of partnership outputs.

  • Support partner reporting and documentation.


4. Reporting & Compliance


  • Maintain organized records of partnership agreements and activities.

  • Ensure compliance with ASIF policies, donor requirements, and communication standards.

Requirements

  • Education & Qualifications

    • Bachelor or Master’s degree in Communications, International Relations, Business Administration, Development Studies, or related fields.

    • At least 2 years of experience in partnerships, fundraising support, business development, or stakeholder coordination, preferably in both NGO/INGO and business sector environments.

    • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

    • Good organizational and coordination abilities with attention to detail.

    • Proactive, reliable, and motivated by mission-driven work.

    • Strong Vietnamese communication skills; professional proficiency in English is an advantage.
