Provide strategic and operational leadership for ASIF's program portfolio — program design, implementation, donor compliance, risk management, and partnership coordination.

The Senior Program Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for ASIF's program portfolio, ensuring projects are designed, implemented, monitored and evaluated effectively while delivering measurable social impact. Working closely with the COO, CEO and cross-functional teams, the role oversees program planning, project delivery, grant implementation, donor compliance, risk management and partnership coordination.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the program strategy in alignment with ASIF's mission and strategic goals.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all programs, ensuring adherence to best practices, policies, and donor requirements.
  • Manage program budgets, financial oversight, and reporting.
  • Lead the development of funding proposals and reports to ensure sustained financial support.
  • Build and lead a high-performing program team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, community organizations, and donors.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Master's degree in International Development, Public Policy, Social Sciences, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in program management, preferably within an international NGO or non-profit organization.
  • Proven leadership experience managing and developing diverse teams.
  • Strong budgeting and financial oversight skills, with the ability to manage complex funding requirements.
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Vietnamese or other relevant languages is an asset.
