General Accountant

The General Accountant is responsible for delivering accurate, timely and compliant accounting, financial reporting, payroll administration and statutory compliance for ASIF Foundation and assigned entities within its ecosystem. The role supports sound financial governance by maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with statutory and donor requirements, strengthening internal controls, and providing reliable financial information to support organizational decision-making and sustainable growth.
- Maintain accurate, complete and timely accounting records.
- Deliver reliable financial, payroll and statutory reports.
- Ensure effective budget monitoring and financial controls.
- Maintain full compliance with statutory, donor and organizational requirements.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of finance systems and processes.
- Maintain accurate accounting records and process financial transactions in a timely manner.
- Monitor operational and project budgets, cash flow, and financial performance.
- Prepare financial statements, management reports, donor reports, and statutory reports.
- Prepare and submit tax declarations in compliance with Vietnamese regulations.
- Process monthly payroll, statutory insurance contributions, and personal income tax (PIT).
- Coordinate audits, inspections, and financial reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related disciplines.
- Minimum three years of accounting experience.
- Experience in NGOs, INGOs, or donor-funded projects is an advantage.
- Good knowledge of Vietnamese Accounting Standards and tax regulations.
