# ASIF Foundation

> ASIF Foundation (Australasia Social Impact Foundation) is a registered Australian charity, founded in 2018 by Vietnamese people, that co-designs sustainable, community-led programs across Education, Health, Clean Water and Sanitation, and Capacity Building in Vietnam, Laos, and Southeast Asia. Legal name: ASIF Australia Limited. ABN 16 630 575 576.

ASIF Foundation is a strategic foundation, not a traditional charity — it bridges global resources with local leadership, and co-designs every program with the communities it serves so outcomes are community-owned rather than donor-reported.

## UP — Unified Platform

> UP (Unified Platform) is a governance software platform built and funded by ASIF Foundation, purpose-built for social organizations and nonprofits in Vietnam. It unifies project management, beneficiary tracking, finance and accounting, HR/volunteer management, and donor relationship management in one place — so social organizations can spend less time on manual reporting and more time on their mission.

ASIF Foundation covered the upfront licensing cost of UP so that social organizations do not have to bear that financial burden themselves. UP runs on Microsoft Azure for Nonprofits, with role-based access control and a commitment to never share an organization's data with third parties.
